Welcome once again to Flashback Track Friday. Each week, either KK or Mister Bump will present a song to you, and out of that song, will prompt you with a question.
“Hot Blooded” is a platinum-selling single by the British-American rock band Foreigner released June 1978. I don’t know about the summer of ’78 but this summer has been a real scorcher here in the U.S. So much so, that I thought I’d feature the burning guitar riffs of today’s flashback track and issue a scorching challenge to go with it. So, where did this hot single come from, anyways?
Lead Singer Lou Graham tells us that the song came from the band goofing off and experimenting with sound.
