Blue cheese in its natural state,
Must be left to deteriorate,
When it’s several months old,
And it’s bristling with mould.
Ony then might appear on your plate
Just… YUK!

I can’t stand it. I like the subtle cheeses like Wensleydale or Cheshire. Can’t stand hot cheese, either.

It’s funny because I tried lots of nice, single malts but my favourite was just Bells. But I stopped drinking whisky as a teen because it always gave me a headache the next day(!). I did like my Brandies, though, and when I used to go to France I was in my element.

No I’m pretty sure it’s not a thing, unless you have cheddar which has been in your fridge too long…

Yeah, the cheese can be so strong here it lingers clinging from the air to your clothing. I love cheese but there’s limits to the tang that is acceptable.

Yes I agree. I can take many cheeses but there is a limit. I love goat’s cheese but I almost threw up once when presented with a hot goat’s cheese salad. French cheeses are good for me, but I need to pick and choose.
