In a bar, drinking hard to find cheer,
When this raven-haired beauty appeared.
As I stared through the haze,
I was floored by her gaze,
Was it love at first sight? or just beer?

Reminds me of that classic country song here in the States: “The girls all get prettier at closin’ time”. Of course there is the one about the poor guy who took home a “10” when the bar closed, but woke up with a “1”…poor soul. 🤣
