I keep comparing these cards to handmade cards I might have bought from London’s top shops, and these are every bit as good. I can’t help wondering whether her sister will appreciate the time that has gone into it – apparently complicated to make.
You will understand this. Apparently she had to stamp the paper, then precisely cut the middle out, stick it onto some backing card, then put it all back together again. and somewhere in amongst that, there was watercolour painting. Sheesh, I am tired already!
The making of the card is your wife’s gift of time and care. If her sister doesn’t appreciate it, it doesn’t lesson the gift. Give the woman cake. 🙂
Hi, Pete. I think your wife deserves at least half a cake this time.
