Was it Mothers Day in Be too? We had a crazy situation where supermarkets were trying to sell flowers, but nobody was interested. We all wanted bread instead!
In Antwerp it’s on the 15th of August, the rest of Belgium celebrates Mothers Day in May.
No flowers but flower this year as I understand! What’s the craze with the bread? Is it so hard to come by? Our bakers have no problem till this day, of course we don’t know what will happen. Flour was a sold out last week, I’m wandering what the people are doing, is everybody baking cakes and waffles now? It’s crazy!
I never knew this but I’ve been seeing post about it! Every day is Mother’s Day!

That was fun to read, especially seeing it in between many posts about the current virus. Thanks for the laugh! 😂😂😂
