For Fandango’s Story Starter #35, where we build something around the following phrase:
She was quite serious when she looked me straight in the eye and said…
She was quite serious when she looked me straight in the eye and said, “Please put your underwear back on, sir. You are in the Houses of Parliament and there is a party of schoolchildren here.”, before adding curtly, “You are under arrest”.
“Does this mean I have to resign?”
Why should you resign? The Naturist Party is entitled to its MP. 😂

Haha! I think he was trying to cut through all the crap to get some attention – which of course worked out too well! Nice one, Pete.

oooh, yeah, we could have done with some red tape. But don’t you think that’s a bit kinky?

One way to start your day off interestingly. She should have left him naked and walked him outside to the police

I’m trying to take his Monday prompt seriously, and maybe just do something short and light for this. I can’t cope with 2 pieces in 2 days. Having said that, I skipped this week’s Mon prompt ‘cos I’m becoming increasingly busy.

Sometimes I get a bit overwhelmed by all the prompts, that’s why I turn off comments. It just becomes too much.

I don’t get lots, I just have very little time to answer all of them

I turned off reading about likes and follows.
I struggle to keep up with posts now (I follow 77 blogs) but dealing with comments is my top priority. I’ll even make a comment or two, if I can think of anything intelligent to say.

I try and read and comment on every post that goes up on the blogs I’m following. Bloggers invest themselves in their posts and they deserve people taking the time to acknowledge their efforts
