A well-to-do viscount called Uli,
Bought a palace for pastimes unruly,
But while Uli wealth flaunted,
Found the mansion was haunted,
And the poor guy got hanged by the ghoulies.
I suspect you might need to be British to get the full benefit of this one! Sorry.
