When my eyesight was still good, I was a bit of an amateur photographer. This is one of mine.

This was another one of our boat trips, and this is the Anvil Point lighthouse. on the Dorset coast not far from Swanage. The light fired up just as we were watching. I love the colour of the sky.
What an amazing sky! You definitely caught it at the right point and along with the lighthouse. I notice the light
shining through the window. You definitely have an eye for photography composition.

Thanks. A lot of it was not just being in the right place at the right time, but just being aware that something sopecial was going on.

Put a few cows on that hillside, I could lie there. Thanks for this bit of a reminder of a journey years ago to Novs Scotia.

I’ve had my work published in a book about lighthouses!
Not this one. This one is about my nearest. But Brittany is your place for lighthouses. Next time you’re over…
