Repost: Tender Morsels

This is essentially a repost of one from last December. I changed one word to improve the scanning. I happened to be chatting to a friend, and something they said triggered the memory of this. They didn’t get sucked into a machine, by thr way, but I appreciate your concern 🤣.

A purveyor of canine cuisine,
My friend got sucked in machine,
He was chopped up and ground,
Then deliciously browned,
And once cooked, turned the dog food bright green.

Divorced, grown/flown daughter. In life, I designed IT systems, taking a career break as a bicycle mechanic, until interrupted by a stroke in 2016, aged 48.
