Must be something wrong with me. When I see an old train or a picture of one, I wish for a simpler time. I don’t know why that is, it just is. Puts me in a calmer state of mind, as if I were there. Thank you for what this lovely picture brought to me. Sepia makes it even more effective.

Great shot, love the sepia tone that gives it an antique feel. Almost feels like a Depression era shot; makes the mind create it’s own definition.

One weekend we were there was designated a “Forties Weekend”, and they kept the stations, too, of that era. So they certainly capitalised on that feeling of nostalgia.
