We just came home from the weekly shop… but skipped the fish! But I did see you can now buy plant-based tuna. Go figure!
We went to a different supermarket to usual and it was reassuring to see stocked shelves.

If I were convinced that it was lower carbon than the real thing, I’d try it. The quality of the product is secondary. For example I prefer cow’s milk but drink soya.
