We had a similar thing happen at our school, but not quite as extravagant. Snoop Dog’s son came to our school (many years ago) and were dropped off by a limousine.

We had a guy in an Aston Martin at daughter’s school. Dunno who, but nobody special, just rich.
I’m surprised Snoop Dog’s child went to a public school. You have private going right the way through the system there, right?

Private school is available from preschool on. He had recently moved into my city and our school district has amazing schools and accolades. When his son promoted out of our middle school Snoop Dog came and was very respectful. He went to our local high school to start and at some point was transferred to a school with a better football team.

Here, it gets more expensive as they get older, so the intention, I guess, is to take them out of private education at some point.
The trouble is, kids get that much of a better education private, that it is kinda a trapdoor.
Very few children cross back into the state sector.

Sadly here, private doesn’t always equal better. Often in elementary amd junior high ( grades K to 8) the education is worse because the teachers do not have to be liscenced and often take in problem kids kicked out of public school. You really have to do your due diligence.

I must admit I think even classroom assistants here need to be qualified. I’m not sure. The big advantage of private here is class sizes, just that increased one on one .
