There was once a keen dimwit called Frank,
Who joined up, so they gave him a tank,
But could not find the brake,
Drove it into a lake,
And, in ten tons of steel, promptly sank.

I think the dim wits were those in charge that gave Frank a tank. Their bean counting stank!
