At my best friends soiree, got a fright,
When my daughter stole booze, and got tight,
She stood, swayed on the spot,
Then tried walking, could not,
But boy, did she sleep well that night

True story. It was a summer barbeque, and she was about two. When nobody was looking, she would swipe people’s alcopops. Only a swig at a time, but by the time we were ready to go home…

It’s true when they say any idiot can become a parent 🤣.

  2. LOL. I had kind of the opposite experience when my son (similar age) swigged the very strong dregs of my mocha one afternoon at a cafe. He buzzed around that night like a little blow fly. Couldn’t get him to bed until after 10pm.
