Life through the Lens (20 December 2020)

When my eyesight was still good, I was a bit of an amateur photographer. This is one of mine.

This is the North Norfolk Railway, aka The Poppy Line. I only took the photo about ten years ago, made it sepia when I processed it.

  1. Must be something wrong with me. When I see an old train or a picture of one, I wish for a simpler time. I don’t know why that is, it just is. Puts me in a calmer state of mind, as if I were there. Thank you for what this lovely picture brought to me. Sepia makes it even more effective.

  2. Great shot, love the sepia tone that gives it an antique feel. Almost feels like a Depression era shot; makes the mind create it’s own definition.
