I was just looking through some photos. This is Lola.
I know, it is an swful name, isn’t it? We let my daughter name her. I would have called her Squeak, because that is her voice. She does not miaow, she squeaks. Even today.
Lola came to us about 6 years ago – she first appeared out of the blue and decided she liked it here. We have seen a cat who looks quite similar locally, and we wondered whether they were from the same litter. For whatever reason, maybe Lola decided to move out and came here instead? We’ll never know.
We have a second cat, Reuben. He is a little more elusive, but I’ll see if I can’t get him to pose for us in the next few days.

So she chose you? That is special. Cats have a mind of their own! I think she is very pretty, must be because she knows the value of a beauty sleep 🙂

Yes, she chose us. She is probably the prettiest cat who ever lived with us, but of course that is not a good way of judging anything.

It’s funny because we have to treat both cats equally but we have definitely commented that she is the most beautiful cat who ever lived with us. A real tiger!
