Just wondered if anybody following the US election might be interested in what’s being said on this side of the Atlantic.

I was particularly interested in what people were saying about Trump, about 2 minutes in.
For my money, Channel 4 News is about the best (i.e. serious) that the UK has to offer.
Everybody watches the US

We don’t get particularly deep, I see a lot of names on posts here and I’m scratching my head. But we do get reports on the presidential stuff. Getting daily updates on the impeachment at the moment, but it’s not particularly a talking-point.

Up until recently, our main issue here was Brexit. I expect you’re aware of the name, but I wouldn’t expect anyone over there to have taken a major interest. Your politics is the same for us. There is a general dislike of Trump but I’m not sure people are particularly aware of the US’s internal issues.
We *are* aware of something like guns, but I suspect most of are just relieved that it is you with the problem, not us.

Actually, on this subject, I wonder if one of my friends could enlighten me here? How does somebody qualify to vote in a caucus? Do they need to be a member of the party? How come they get to use schools etc., i.e. public buildings, as polling stations? If somebody votes in a Democrat caucus, are they then barred from voting in a Republican caucus? How is that enforced? Any takers?
