In 2016, I suffered a stroke which changed my life. Overnight, I went from being an avid cyclist, designing IT systems in London and New York, to being paralysed down one side and hardly able to walk.
Needing to re-invent myself, I re-taught myself to type, one-fingered, and learned to write. Currently, I am working on my second novel, and tinker on my blog on the side.
I live peacefully in a small, rural corner of southern England. I'm divorced with a grown / flown daughter.
