Are you sure lumpfish is a real thing? Sounds a bit like a fish with something caught in its throat. Or maybe it’s the extra bits of all the fish they lump at the end of the fish counter. 😳

Proper Beluga caviar is dark grey. Lumpfish eggs are very small and black.
