I think with this the choices go well with the value of the question. The low value ones, there can only be one answer, but the high value ones often boil down to two plausible answers.
Interesting, it was a young guy on the show with this one. He didn’t have a clue but phoned his grandpa, I think, who knew instantly. So I wonder if it’s a term which just isn’t used much anymore?

I think shoppers are more likely in supermarkets to read the label for how to cook. I have never asked a real butcher for skirt, not even sure how I knew.
