That means over a period of 16-years he maintained that level of skill to beat everyone else. I doubt that’s feasible with pole vault or high jump as aging muscles and joint compression will give younger competitors an advantage. So it’s either B or C, and I don’t know which. Javelin is all about technique, rather than strength. Discus is the same, but it stresses the shoulder and knees. I’m thinking javelin. But I really don’t know. Whichever one, it’s a darned amazing record. I’ll give over for someone else to answer this one.

I remember this particularly because the guy’s phone-a-friend knew it immediately, without even needing options. I was very impressed since I got about as far as you.
It was discus, apparently. But it was a high-value question.

I saw Pat’s million run the other day. On his million question, he still had two of his three lifelines! He used them both for the hell of it. He knew the answer anyway because he was able to give details. Scarily brainy!
