I think it’s a Great Tit. It’s either a Blue Tie or a Great Tit. Great Tits have the black markings down the middle of their breasts, Blue’s don’t so much. I can’t see the difference these days.

You’re probably right. I took that sitting on my sofa, staring out of the bay window, with my biggest lens. Used to spend hours like that.

It’s funny actually, it can be quite painful sometimes – I know they were decent because they would never have been published otherwise, but I can’t really enjoy them, much any more. The camera just tends to sit there…
