Clearly a mental giant. Dressed appropriately – nice bathrobe. Pretty bedroom slippers. Brewski in one hand, flame thrower in the other. (Notice he properly disposed of the almost-empty.) Folk from Kentucky needn’t wonder why they have the reputation they enjoy. As the camera pans out, international folk lose track of “Kentucky” and see “America.” Rest assured, world at large, some of us can read and write, dress ourselves, marry outside our home county, and tie our own shoes…
