When my eyesight was still good, I was a bit of an amateur photographer. This is one of mine.

This was on a trail at a place called Bolderwood, in the New Forest, in the middle of winter one year. It’s not far from home so when I was healthy, we would often go up there just for a stroll.

Great photo. I love cheeky robins.

Me too, haven’t seen any yet this year, they probably stay away because of the cat.

Great shot. I only have the camera on my phone now because my camera needs repair and I am not going to any businesses now.

Wonderful shot! I like to take pictures of living creatures. I know how difficult it can be.

A beautiful little bird! Not much in common with our American robin — a thrush, actually.

Oh, I didn’t know that. I thought a robin was a robin was a robin.

Some Englishman named our bird a robin because it had an orange breast, but it’s much bigger.

For sure. 😉 And if they’d left those dratted sparrows and starlings in England….
