But then add to that, her show on Channel Nine regularly received over ten million viewers, each and every one of the bastards out to erode whatever slivers of privacy she had left.
And add to that, that her partner just happened to present on the Shopping Channel.
An anonymous motel… an assumed name… but she overheard the couple whispering in the adjoining room and realized that the game was up.

I saw the first movie, but the have been two or three, haven’t there. I never touched any of the books.

Just some of the descriptions reminded me of the first movie. The second was pretty good but the third with her having a baby was awful imo

I kinda think with these franchises that they all go downhill. The artists get pushed out and the money men take over, realising they can make a quick buck.
When I used to read voraciously, my preference was for one-time authors, simply because of that. I wanted to read then before they hit the formula.

Yes that’s a great point and what kills me about Bridget Jones is that in the 3 rd series she wasn’t relatable anymore all her self effacing qualities which were adorable in the first two series were thrown out the window and the plot in 3 was horrible and terribly cliched
