Who Won the Week (20 June 2021)

In response to Fandango’s Who Won the Week post, I have been looking at my own newsfeeds.

I didn’t start looking for a story to share until this morning, but fortunately this one jumped straight out at me. I’m going to go all the way over to Arizona for today’s story, though, so maybe some of you heard it already?

Whether or not there’s sunshine where you are in the world this Sunday, we hope you’ll enjoy a sunny track, and that it uplifts your spirit.

My father loves traveling and he inspired in me the same desire to get out there and see the world. No matter what, my dad is proud of each of my accomplishments, and he always has time to listen. I am grateful for his continued guidance and his unconditional love.

Life-Changing Opportunity

inspired by Fandango’s One Word Challenge (FOWC) of 20 June 2021, tackle.

On a promise, his trousers he dropped,
Shut the wardrobe, his genitals cropped,
Should have seen the blood gush,
When his tackle was crushed,
Now his missus is forced to adopt!

To all those cringing men out there, Happy Fathers’ Day!
