I’ve got the bit between my teeth with this “unplugged” thing. Here is another, courtesy of my Spotify playlist.
I always liked this song but was never particularly a follower of Dido, so never knew this version existed. It’s funny, there was a guy on SLS who used to like posting links to her songs, and so I went listening to her. Listening in batches of two or three songs at a time was very pleasant, but after that, they sounded a bit samey to me. But this one, on its own, is pleasant.
I think this is the only song of hers that Iām familiar with, but Iād never heard this acoustic version before. Very nice.

I recognised a few of her other tunes, so they must have been hits, but I think this one is the best of the bunch. Listening to one after the other, as I did when I streamed her, they all sounded quite similar.

Very mellow, huh?

While I did like the released version of this one, Dido isn’t on ANY of my very eclectic playlists. This version could change that. Very nice! š

Same here. That’s what I thought, anyway. She has a nice voice but I quickly got fed up listening to her. I vaguely remembered lots of them so I guess at one stage she was big news.

Thanks, Farida, you too. I have a quiet day planned, I am currently ploughing through a series (about 15 hours total) of YouTube videos, but it gets a bit uncomfortable after a while – I can only watch for so long.

Thanks man. Heard it before but never knew who it was. Interesting vocal gymnastics and infectious guitar.

Nice song and pretty voice. Hadn’t heard this one before. The only song I know from her is “Here With Me” and it was the theme song for the TV series “Roswell”. š

I didn’t recognise the name of that one, but do as I hear it. Another pleasant one.
