That briefest of glances, across darkened space,
Those delicate movements, exuding their grace,
Those exciting eyes, where mischief is lurking,
Ideal respite from a day of working.
Go over and find an excuse to say ‘Hi’,
With strong innuendos, the hours fly by,
All too soon it’s the end of the evening,
“Back to their place?” you hear, disbelieving.
Some more drinks inside, and you’re in the bedroom,
Become ever closer, then passion consumes,
The two of you left feeling interconnected,
The evening turns out not-at-all as expected.

He did, thanks. Watched some movies while the kids played on xbox and ipads. It’s a pretty normal Sunday in lockdown, however 🤪

Yeah it does. Announced today by our premier that we’ll be in stage 4 lockdown until the end of this month.

do you have somewhere you can lock yourself away? I find it so difficult just to concentrate and that’s just with a wife in here, no kids,

Nup. I work/write at the dining table. We have open plan living/kitchen/dining so every time someone comes in looking for food, which is approximately every 2.3 seconds, i get interrupted 😱😳🙄 Hubster works in our room, standing with his laptop on the tallboy, twin boys in their shared room, Our Girl in hers. Crowded house 🤣

Sounds like it was quite an encounter. Is this a memory or is it imagined?

I wish…. I can’t remember ever having a one night stand, everything tended to be longer. Took them a few months to find out how bad I was.

Thanks, I find it’s nice just to mix it up. I feel I’ve got several ways of answering these prompts now.
